This site is for the exclusive use of USAFA Class of 1979 to list and search for Vacation Rental Properties. It is expected that all properties are owned or shared by members of the Class of ’79. The site owner makes no representation of warrantability as to the functioning of the site. The site is maintained on a best effort.
Transactions
This site takes no part in the actual rental transaction. It is exclusively here as a mechanism for classmates to list their properties and other classmates to look at those properties. The actual rental transaction is exclusively and directly between the two parties. The site and site owner makes no representation as to the validity of listings. It is incumbent upon both of listing owner and the renter to do proper due diligence throughout the transaction. The site and site owner waives all responsibility related to the actual rental transaction.
Warrantability
This site owner make no representation of warrantability of the sites functions and further does not warrant any of the rental listings. The site only exists to provide a web presence where owners and renters can exchange information in their private rental transaction. The site does not place any
