If you find that you need to cancel your reservation – contact the owner as soon as possible. You may be able to get a refund, but this does depend on the property owner.
The site admin cannot provide any assistance in remedying a cancellation.
The site has no responsibility regarding rentals, payments, cancellations and refunds.
All transactions are entirely between the owner and renter.
